黔西南州烟叶化学成分分析

目的]为黔西南州烟叶质量的定位提供理论依据。方法]以黔西南州6县市烤烟的上、中、下部叶片为材料,测定其常规化学成分,并对中部叶各化学成分赋分,总体评价烟叶质量。结果]上、中、下部叶片总糖含量分别为13.82%-34.34%、15.51%-43.02%、17.85%-38.16%;还原糖含量分别为12.84%-32.28%、14.44%-36.87%、11.74%-36.79%;烟碱含量分别为2.79%-5.24%、0.86%-4.31%、0.97%-3.12%;总氮含量分别为1.80%-3.27%、1.16%-3.07%、1.02%-2.58%;钾含量分别为0.84%-3.99%、1.04%-3.55%、1.23%-4.00%;氯含量分别为0.08%-0.8%、0.04%-1.09%、0.03%-0.44%;上部叶烟碱、总氮、蛋白质、氯平均含量最高,下部叶总糖、还原糖、钾平均含量最高;烟叶糖含量总体偏高,烟碱含量中间偏低,钾含量基本适宜,糖/碱、氮/碱、钾/氯均较适宜。结论]黔西南州6县市烤烟中部叶片化学成分含量差异不明显,烟叶质量较好。

Analysis on Chemical Constituents of Tobacco Leaves in Southwest Guizhou Province
