| 摘 要： | 目的]揭示水稻籽粒灌浆机理。方法]采用2个千粒重超过40g的水稻大粒种质与2个水稻常规品种进行籽粒灌浆特性研究。结果]大粒种质在花后24～27d达到最大灌浆速率,较常规品种（15～23d）灌浆高峰推迟;大粒种质灌浆速率曲线为右偏,常规品种为左偏;大粒种质具有较大的起始生长势,其最大灌浆速率、平均灌浆速率均达常规品种的2倍之多;大粒种质的实灌时间短于常规品种。结论]大粒种质水稻的灌浆特性优于常规品种水稻。
