| 摘 要： | 目的]研究攀西地区烤烟叶片烟碱的含量，为适宜烟碱含量的优质烤烟的栽培与利用提供参考。方法]以来自攀枝花市及凉山州的9个样品采集点共27个等级的烤烟叶片为试验材料，用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取总烟碱，用紫外分光光度法测定烟碱含量。结果]烟样的上部叶烟碱含量稍显偏高，中部叶烟碱含量较为适宜。结论]应采取相应的栽培措施，降低烤烟上部叶的烟碱含量。
