饲粮碘添加量与家兔肌肉·肝脏中碘蓄积量的相关性探讨

目的]通过饲喂不同碘添加量的饲粮，探讨饲粮碘添加量与家兔肌肉、肝脏中碘蓄积量的相关性。方法]选用健康家兔84只，按性别对等原则分成7组。在基础饲粮中分别添加不同剂量的碘，屠宰后测定肌肉和肝脏中的碘含量。结果]随着饲粮中碘添加量的增加，肌肉和肝脏中的碘含量随之增加。当饲粮中碘添加量为0．2和0．4mg／kg时，试验组肌肉和肝脏中的碘含量比对照组高，但差异不显著（P〉0．05）；当饲粮中碘添加量大于0．6ms／kg时，试验组肌肉和肝脏中的碘含量与对照组差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论]饲粮中碘添加量与家兔肌肉、肝脏中碘的蓄积量呈显著的正相关关系（P〈0．05）。
