摘    要:测定了棉蚜、桃蚜、菜蚜和麦蚜对胡瓜花叶病毒 (ZYMV)的传播效率 ,通过随机区组安排蚜虫种类和虫口密度以及饥饿时间和传毒时间两因素实验处理 ,并采用Ducan新复极差测验比较相互之间的差异显著性。结果表明 :①不同蚜虫种类的传毒能力存在显著差异 ,表现为桃蚜 >菜蚜 >棉蚜、麦蚜 ;蚜虫密度以 3~ 5头传毒较好。②桃蚜不同饥饿时间的传毒效率差异显著 ,表现为饥饿时间从 0min延长到 5min可提高传毒效率 ,长于 5min(如 10min)与 5min无显著差异。③传毒时间从 0 .5h到 3h的传毒效率差异不显著

Abstract:Transmissible rate of zucchini yellow mosarc virus(ZYMV) of different vectors,including Myzus persicae,Lipaphis erysimi,Aphis gossypii and Rhopalosiphum padi were investigated. Comparisons of transmissible rate of virus of different treatments were tested by Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results showed that different species of the aphids had different capacities in spreading virus and the order of their influences was Myzus persicaes>Lipaphis erysimi>Aphis gvssypii and Rhoposi phumpadi.The transmissible rate was superior while aphids densities reaching 3 to 5 individuals.Secondly,the efficiency had obvious outstanding difference among different starving-time treatments, and the efficiency was gradually increasing while starving-time was prolonged from 0 to 5 mins.Thirdly, transmissible rate had not obvious difference while transmission-time was prolonged from 0.5 to 3 hours.
