枣耐盐性快速鉴定方法研究

摘    要:目的]确定枣品种耐盐性快速鉴定的方法。方法]设置不同浓度的盐处理(NaCl 0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0 mol/L),采用离体培养半叶的方法,对不同枣品种进行耐盐性快速鉴定。结果]在NaCl浓度为0.6 mol/L时,金丝小枣叶片叶绿素含量低于对照,表明不耐该盐浓度;而冬枣叶片叶绿素含量高于对照,表明可耐受该盐浓度。故以NaCl浓度0.6 mol/L作为筛选浓度,可快速鉴定金丝小枣和冬枣的相对耐盐性。结论]半叶法快速鉴定枣品种耐盐性技术由于其周期短(72 h),方法简单,规律性强,可以作为枣品种耐盐性快速鉴定方法。

Study on Rapid Identification Method of Salt-tolerance of Jujube

Abstract:Objective] To determine rapid identification method on the salt-tolerance of jujube.Method] Different concentrations of salt treatment were prepared,namely 0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 and 1.0 mol/L of NaCl,and using the method of isolated culture half-leaf,the salt-tolerance of different jujube varieties was identified rapidly.Result] When NaCl concentration is 0.6 mol/L,the chlorophyll contents in leaves of golden jujube are lower than the control,this indicates that it can not resist to the concentration of the salt,the chlorophyll contents in leaves of golden jujube are higher than the control,indicates that it can resist to the concentration of the salt.Thus,0.6 mol/L of NaCl concentration is viewed as screening concentration and can identify the relative salt tolerance of golden jujube and winter jujube.Conclusion] Because of short cycle(72 h),simple method and strong regularity,half-leaf method is a rapid identification method on the salt-tolerance of jujube.
