摘 要: | 目的]研究臭灵丹的化学成分。方法]利用柱层析对臭灵丹化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质、光谱数据等鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果]从臭灵丹中分离到了8种化合物,分别鉴定为臭灵丹二醇、冬青酸、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、邻羟基苯甲酸、β-谷甾醇、4,5,7-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷、万寿菊素和柽柳素。结论]研究结果为臭灵丹的进一步开发和利用提供了参考。

Abstract: | Objective] To study the chemical constituents of Laggera pterodontal.Method] Compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatographyl,and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Result] Eight compounds were isolated and identified as pterodondiol,ilicic acid,stigmasterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2-hydroxy-benzoic acid,β-sitosterol,4,5,7-trihydr oxy-6-methoxyflavone-3-O-β-D-rutinoside,patuletin and tamarixetin.Conclusion] The research provided reference for further exploitation and utilization of Laggera pterodonta. |
