大学生村官胜任力模型构建研究

综合采用文献分析、理论研究和深度访谈等方法,从政治思想、心理品质、知识和能力等4个维度初步构建包含25项要素的大学生"村官"胜任力模型。在此基础上,科学设计大学生"村官"胜任力调查问卷,运用SPSS和LISREL软件对调查所得数据进行信度和效度分析,以此对模型加以验证。分析结果表明,该模型具有较强的科学性与合理性,符合预先的理论构想。

Study on the Establishment of Competency Model of University Student Village Officer

Based on the combination of literature,theoretical study,deep interview and other methods,an initial competency model of university-student "village officials" was constructed from four dimensions,such as political ideology,psychological qualities,knowledge and ability,which can be subdivided into twenty-five elements.On this basis,it scientifically designed a competency questionnaire for university-student "village officials" and carried out reliability and validity analysis on the survey data to verify the model by applying SPSS and LISREL software.The analysis results showed that the model was scientific and rational,in line with pre-theoretical concept.
