摘    要:目的]探讨专业配方软件设计饲料配方的常见问题与解决办法。方法]针对利用饲料配方软件设计饲料配方时经常遇到无解或设计出无效配方的情况,对设计过程中常被人忽视的细节进行总结,并结合实例提出解决的思路。结果]配方设计常见问题有:多数养分满足需要,个别营分含量显著低于标准值;能量水平与标准相同,蛋白质和氨基酸水平却明显高出标准值;原料限量不当,导致某些原料用量或很多或为零,致使配方单调。配方成本太高。解决问题的思路为:在设计配方时应注意调和氨基酸和蛋白质之间的矛盾,同时原料在种类和用量上不要受到太多的限制,还要注意避免标准和原料同时对某种养分的重复限量。结论]该研究为科学设计可行的饲料配方提供参考。

Problems and Solutions in Feed Formulation Designed by Professional Formula Software

Abstract:Objective]The study aimed to discuss the problems and the solutions in the feed formulation designed by the professional formula software.Method]Based on the conditions that the no solution formulation or the ineffective formulation usually gained when the formula software was utilized to design the feed formula,the details that often neglected in the formula design process were summarized and the thoughts to solve the problems were put forward combined with the examples.Result]The common problems in the formulation design were as follows:most of the nutrients could meet the demand,but individual nutrient content was significantly lower than the standard;the energy level was same with the standard,but the protein and amino acid levels were obviously higher than the standard;the raw material limit was improper,which could cause some raw materials dosage or many or to zero,thus making the formula monotonous;the formula cost was too high.The thoughts to solve the problems were as follows:in the formula design,it should pay attention to reconcile the contradiction between the amino acid and protein,the kinds and dosage of the raw materials couldn’t get too many restrictions and it should also pay attention to avoid the repetition limit both by the standards and raw materials on the particular nutrient.Conclusion]The study provided the reference for the scientific design of the feasible feed formula.
