| 摘 要： | 目的]饲养观察法国抗螨蜂种在云南的适应性、抗螨性和繁殖能力。方法]从2009年8月到2010年10月,采取饲养试验法,对法国抗螨蜂种的适应性,大、小蜂螨的寄生情况和蜂群的增殖进行了观察试验。结果]法国抗螨王只抗大螨,约1年,适应性强,对小蜂螨危害没有抗性;蜂群增殖最大群势为13.4脾足蜂。结论]结果西方蜜蜂育种提供了借鉴。

The Test of Adaptability and Varroa-resistance of French Varroa-resistant Honeybees in Yunnan |

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to breed and observe the adaptability,Varroa-resistance and reproduction ability of French varroa-resistant honeybees in Yunnan.Methods] From August of 2009 to October of 2010,using feeding experiment,the adaptability of French varroa-resistant honeybees,and the parasitic condition of Tropilaelaps clareae and Varroa destructor as well as the multiplication of swarm were observed and tested.Result] The king of French varroa-resistant honeybees only resists Varroa destructor,and about one year.It has highly adaptability and has no resistance to the damage of Tropilaelaps clareae.The maximum population of bee colony reproduction is 13.4 spleen bees.Conclusion] The results provide references for the breeding of Apis mellifera. |
