| 摘 要： | 目的]比较小叶女贞和水蜡作砧不同嫁接法繁殖桂花的成活率。方法]采用3种嫁接法,以小叶女贞和水蜡作砧木对嫁接桂花进行了对比研究。结果]用小叶女贞作砧舌接的成活率高达96.7%,其接后半年的生长量长度可达60.6 cm,粗度达1.1 cm,都显著或极显著高于用水蜡作砧或其他嫁接法繁殖的苗木。结论]在桂花的速成栽培中,以小叶女贞作砧采用舌接的方式较适宜。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to study survival rate of Osmanthus fragrans taking Ligustrum guihoui or Ligustrum obtusifolum as the stock.Method] Taking Ligustrum guihoui or Ligustrum obtusifolum as the stock,Osmanthus fragrans was studied by three methods of grafting.Result] The results showed that taking Ligustrum guihoui as the stock by whip grafting the survival was up 96.7%,after half of the year;the length was 60.6 cm,and the coarseness was 1.10 cm.It was significantly higher than others of grafting seedlings than grafted Ligustrum obtusifolum as the stock by different methods.Conclusion] Taking Ligustrum guihoui as the stock by whip grafting was shortcut in quick production of Ligustrum guihoui |
