摘    要:目的]为风毛菊属植物的系统分类提供参考。方法]利用扫描电子显微镜对风毛菊亚属4个组11种24个居群植物的果皮表面纹饰进行观察,并分居群进行分析和讨论。结果]供试植物果皮纹饰类型有条纹型、有隔条纹型和网纹型。果皮显微特征在种内个体间变化较小,组内种间存在一定差异,组间差异较明显。甘肃风毛菊和沙生风毛菊表面纹饰为条纹型,较原始;禾叶风毛菊表面纹饰为有隔条纹型,相对进化;重齿风毛菊和小风毛菊表面纹饰为网纹型,进化程度最高。结论]果皮表面纹饰在风毛菊属植物系统分类方面具有重要意义。

Study on Micromorphological Features of Achene Surfaces of 11 Species( 24 Populations) of Subgen Saussurea fom Gannan Area of Gansu

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide the reference for systematic classification of Saussurea DC..Method] The achene surfaces ornamentation of 24 populations in 11 species belonging to 4 sections of Subgen Saussurea from Gannan area of Gansu was observed with scanning electron microscope.The results was analyzed and discussed by populations.Result] The achene surface ornamentation of the tested plants including 3 types: striate ornamentation,septate striate ornamentation and reticulate ornamentation.The achene surface features in intraspecies had less change,which was similar in interspecies of the same section but had obvious difference in different section.The achene surface ornamentations of S.kansuensis Hand.Mazz and S.arenaria Maxim were striate ornamentation that was primitive,that of S.graminea Dunn was septate striate ornamentation that was more evolutional,and those of S.katochaete Maxim and S.minuta C.winkl were reticulate ornamentation that was the most evolutional.Conclusion] The achene surface ornamentation had important systematic significance for Saussurea DC..
