生物制剂绿液对几种病原菌的抑制作用

摘    要:研究了生物制剂绿液对苹果轮纹病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、烟青霉病菌、草莓灰霉病菌和黄曲霉菌5种病原菌的抑制作用。结果表明:绿液对几种病原菌菌丝的生长均有一定的抑制作用。其中,对草莓灰霉病菌的抑制效果最好,EC50为2.18 mg/L;其次是苹果炭疽病菌和苹果轮纹病菌,EC50分别为3.97和7.39 mg/L;而对黄曲霉菌和烟青霉病菌的抑制效果较差,EC50分别为472.79和982.06 mg/L。

Abstract:Inhibitory effect of biological preparation "Lvye" on five postharvest pathogens was studied such as Physalospora piricola,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Penicillum sp,Botoytis cinerea and Aspergrllus flavus.Result showed that "Lvye" had certain inhibitory effect on mycelium growth of the five pathogens.The inhibitory effect on Botoytis cinerea was the best among the five pathogens with EC50 of 2.18 mg/L.The next were on Physalospora piricola and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides with EC50 of 3.97 and 7.39 mg/L,respectively.The effects on Aspergrllus flavus and Penicillum sp were not good with EC50 of 472.79 and 982.06 mg/L,respectively.
