摘    要:目的]研究施氮量对大麦干物质生产及氮素吸收利用效率的影响,为氮肥合理施用提供理论基础。方法]以大麦重组自交系为材料,研究了不同施氮量条件下,氮肥对大麦产量、干物质生产及氮素吸收利用的影响。结果]大麦抽穗期和成熟期干物质积累量均随施氮量的增加而增加,但增加的幅度逐渐减弱;成熟期茎叶氮含量、植株氮积累量、籽粒氮含量也随施氮量的增加而增加,但籽粒氮含量增速缓慢;氮素籽粒生产效率、氮素干物质生产效率、氮素收获指数均随施氮量的增加而下降,氮素干物质生产效率降幅较大。结论]施氮水平对大麦干物质生产及氮素吸收利用效率影响较大。

Effect of Nitrogen Application on Dry Matter Production ,N-Absorption and N-Utilization Rate of Barley

Abstract:Objective] To study the effect of nitrogen application on dry matter production,N-absorption and N-utilization rate of barley,so as to provide theoretical basis for the rational utilization of nitrogen.Method]Using barely recombinant inbred lines as materials,the effect of nitrogen application on yield,dry matter production,N-absorption and N-utilization rate were investigated.Result]The dry matter accumulation amount of barley increased along with the increase of nitrogen application with declined range at heading period and maturity.The content of nitrogen in stem,leaf and grain,the nitrogen accumulation amount in plant assumed rise fall with the increase of nitrogen application,whereas the N content in grains increased slowly.On the contrary,the nitrogen utilization efficiency in grain,N dry matter production efficiency and N harvest index assumed fall trend with the increase of nitrogen application.Conclusion] Nitrogen application influences the dry matter production,N-absorption and N-utilization rate of barley greatly.
