农民工群体共享社会发展成果中的差异性探析——以江苏省社会保障差异性为例

农民工既不是传统意义上的农村人,也不是纯粹意义上的城镇职工,而是介于城乡之间非农非城的“边缘人”,他们与城镇职工的差异性是社会发展中潜在的社会风险,通过横向社会保障覆盖水平和纵向社会保障给付水平,对江苏省农民工与城镇职工社会保障状况进行的差异性分析,笔者提出根据农民工职业特点,采取分类分层的办法逐步调整农民工与城镇职工社会保障待遇的建议。

Analysis of the Difference between Migrant Workers and Urban Residents in the Social Security Status

Migrant workers are not in the traditional sense of rural people,nor are simply the sense of urban workers,but between urban and rural non-farm non-between the cities of "marginal people." Their difference with urban workers in social development is the potential social risk.Through the horizontal and vertical levels of social security benefit levels,the difference between the social security of migrant workers and urban workers was analyzed.Based on the professional characteristics of migrant workers,the suggestion of the gradual adjustment of migrant workers and urban workers and social security benefits was put forward by using hierarchical classification approach.
