摘    要:目的]通过研究Nd3+、Er3+、Gd3+和La3+对枯草芽孢杆菌在生长过程中细胞内超氧阴离子自由基含量的影响,探讨稀土可能会导致生物体发生氧化损伤。方法]采用荧光探针法,测定其细胞中超氧阴离子自由基的含量。结果]4种稀土培养基培养后的枯草芽孢杆菌超氧阴离子自由基的含量均增加。结论]一定浓度的稀土离子很有可能会导致生物体发生氧化损伤。4种稀土离子浓度的影响有所不同。稀土离子的浓度越大,对枯草杆菌细胞中超氧阴离子自由基的含量影响越显著,损伤毒性作用越强。

Effects of Rare Earth Ion on Content of Superoxide Radical in Bacillus subtilis

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of rare earth ion Nd3 +,Er3 +,Gd3 + and La3 + on the content of superoxide radical in cells from the production process of bacillus subtilis,and to discuss that rare earth possible cause biology happen oxidative damage.Method] The fluorescence probe was adopted.Result] The content of superoxide radical in bacillus subtilis treated by four rare earth mediums was increased.Conclusion] The certain concentration of rare earth ions was likely to lead to biology happen oxidative damage.The concentration of four kinds of rare earth ions was different,and the influence was different.The influence of the high concentration of rare earth ions was more apparent,and the damage was obviously.
