| 摘 要： | 围绕赫章县的烟叶生产目标任务,针对赫章县烟草从业人员的文化素质水平,系统分析了当前赫章烟区烟叶生产中存在的基层人才素质问题。调查结果表明,从业人员素质较低,烟叶管理人员水平不高,不能适应现代烟草农业发展的需求。针对人才问题提出了相应的研究对策,为毕节烟草的可持续发展提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | According to Hezhang tobacco production objectives and tasks,the current talent quality problems in tobacco production were analyzed.The results showed that the quality of personnel and tobacco grower are not high,which is not fit the advance of Bijie tobacco.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward,which will provide reference basis for sustainable development of tobacco in Bijie City. |
