金银花超微细粉与普通粉的比较研究

摘    要:目的]考察微粉化技术对中药材金银花的显微特征以及溶出度的影响。方法]显微镜下观察金银花普通细粉与超微细粉的显微特征区别,并以绿原酸含量为指标,采用紫外分光光度法测定金银花超微细粉与普通细粉的溶出度。结果]2种金银花粉末显微镜下观察有明显差异;绿原酸含量超微细粉(10μm)普通细粉(80目筛)。结论]微粉化技术对金银花粉末显微特征和溶出度影响明显。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the impact of micronization technology on the microscopic characteristics and dissolution of Chinese herbal medicine honeysuckle. Method] The microscopic characteristics of honeysuckle common powder and ultra-fine powder were observed under the microscope. With chlorogenic acid content as indicators, using UV spectrophotometry, the dissolution was determined. Result] The microscopic characteristics: there are significant differences under microscope; chlorogenic acid content: ultra-fine powder (lOtLm) 〉 ordinary powder (80 mesh). Conclusion] The micronized powder technology has significant effects on honeysuckle microscopic characteristics and dissolution.
