模糊数学理论在水库移民工程中的应用

在水库移民安置规划及监督评估的过程中,由于对水库移民安置区优化选择、安置质量、环境容量、后期政策实施效果等方面的描述存在不确定性以及不同量纲、相互冲突的多目标问题,采用模糊数学理论解决此类的模糊问题具有很大的优势。文章对模糊数学理论在水库移民问题的研究现状进行了综述,发现模糊理论在水库移民中的应用研究存在一定的不足,并针对仅用模糊数学理论的局限性提出了与其他数学模型相结合,从而改进单一使用模糊理论缺陷的建议。

Application of Fuzzy Mathematics Theory in Reservoir Resettlement

In the process of reservoir resettlement planning and supervision evaluation,since fuzzy mathematics theory has some advantages in describing uncertainty and handling conflicting multi-objective the reservoir resettlement area optimization selection,placement quality,environmental capacity,evaluation of post supporting effect problems,which has different dimension.This paper presented a survey of fuzzy mathematical theory applied to the problem of reservoir resettlement and supervision and evaluation,and has found the disadvantage of application of fuzzy theory in reservoir resettlement.Finally,it puts forward that the theory of fuzzy mathematics combines with other mathematical model,so as to improve the single using of fuzzy theory.
