不同厂家烟草薄片主要化学成分对比分析

目的]了解红塔烟草集团目前使用的4个厂家烟草薄片的差异。方法]对比分析了红塔集团目前在使用的4个厂家92个薄片样品的主要化学成分,比较各厂家薄片化学成分的差异性、稳定性及相似性,并对4个厂家的薄片进行聚类分析。结果]分析表明,4个厂家薄片的总糖、还原糖含量差异显著,其他化学成分也存在差异;从变异系数看,A厂家薄片稳定性最好,其次为D、B、C;聚类结果表明,B、D两厂家薄片具有相似性,C厂家薄片与其他3个厂家薄片差异相对较大。因此,相似薄片产品可进行组合或替代;差异较大的薄片产品可用在风格差异较大的卷烟产品中。结论]研究可为卷烟配方人员选择薄片厂家提供依据,为卷烟产品研发不同品牌的卷烟提供对应的薄片,也能为研发卷烟产品过程中薄片的掺配比例提供数据基础。

Major Chemical Component Comparative Analysis of Tobacco Sheet from Four Manufacturers

Objective] To find out the difference of tobacco sheet Hongta Tobacco Group using now which from four manufacturers. Method ] The major chemical components of 92 tobacco sheet samples were analyzed and compared ;the dissimilarity, stability and similarity were analyzed by cluster analysis method. Result ] The results indicated that contents of total sugar and reduced sugar of tobacco sheet from four manufacturers were significantly different at 0.05 level ;there were difference among the rest chemical components. From the variation coefficient, stability of to- bacco sheet from A manufacturer is better, followed by D, C and B manufacturers. By cluster analyzing, we find that tobacco sheet from B and D factory were similar;while tobacco sheet of C manufacturer was more different from other three manufacturers. Therefore, by comparison and cluster, similar tobacco sheet may be used in same cigarette products, style of tobacco products were significantly different which may be used in different tobacco sheet. Conclusion ] The research may provide reference for research and development of cigarette products. Meanwhile, knowing the chemical composition difference of tobacco sheet can provide data base for blending ration of tobacco sheet, too.
