摘    要:目的]利用微波辐射法制备乙酰水杨酸。方法]以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,以苯甲酸钠作为催化剂,微波辐射合成乙酰水杨酸。采用正交试验优化微波辐射苯甲酸钠催化合成乙酰水杨酸的工艺条件,并探讨合成工艺的影响因素。结果]乙酰水杨酸的最佳合成工艺为:6.3 g水杨酸,9 ml乙酸酐,催化剂苯甲酸钠用量0.4 g,微波功率240 W,辐射时间90 s。在此优化条件下,乙酰水杨酸产率达67.07%。结论]与传统合成工艺相比,微波辐射合成乙酰水杨酸反应时间短,产品收率高。

Study on the Synthesis of Acetylsalicylic Acid with Sodium Benzoate by Microwave Radiation Method

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to prepare acetylsalicylic acid by microwave radiation method.Method] With salicylic acid and acetic anhydride as raw materials,taking sodium benzoate as the catalyst,acetylsalicylic acid was synthesized by using microwave radiation method.The conditions of synthesizing acetylsalicylic acid with sodium benzoate as the catalyst by using microwave radiation method were optimized by using orthogonal test.And the influencing factors of synthesis technology were discussed.Result] The optimum synthesis conditions of acetylsalicylic acid were as follows:salicylic acid 6.3 g,acetic anhydride 9 ml,the dosage of catalyst sodium benzoate 0.4 g,the microwave power of 240 W,the radiation time of 90 s.Under these optimal conditions,the yield of acetylsalicylic acid was 67.07%.Conclusion]Compared with traditional synthesis method,the synthesis method of acetylsalicylic acid by microwave radiation method had short reaction time and high yield.
