| 摘 要： | 为解决在入户预检环节烟叶打捆强度大、效率低等问题,设计了一款烟叶电动打捆机。该机利用电动机械技术对传统木质打捆器进行彻底改造,采用电力驱动代替人力劳动,实现自动化作业,同时将立式打捆改成水平打捆,使之更便于操作。使用效果表明,此机械较传统木质打捆器的作业方式提高效率2.3倍,大大节约了时间、劳力及成本。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the bundling high strength,low efficiency problem in tobacco purchasing home preflight link,tobacco electric baler using electric machinery technology to conduct a thorough transformation design of the traditional wooden bale,using power-driven instead of human labor,achieved automate job,the vertical baling become horizontal strapping,easy to operate.The application effect shows that machinery methods of work are 2.3 times than traditional methods,it economizes much time,labor and cost. |
