青钱柳次生代谢产物及其生理功能

摘    要:综述了在青钱柳中提取、分离并鉴定的近50种具生物活性的次生代谢产物。其中黄酮类11种、酚酸类7种、甾醇类3种、三萜类达12种之多。除了功能已知、在其他植物中发现的代谢产物外,还有5种青钱柳所特有的三萜皂甙,即青钱柳酸A、青钱柳酸B、青钱柳甙Ⅰ、青钱柳甙Ⅱ、青钱柳甙Ⅲ,并论述青钱柳提取物的生理功能。

Abstract:Nearly 50 secondary metabolites with biological activity which were isolated and identified from Cydocarya paliurus were summarized, including 11 flavones,7 phenols acids,3 sterols,12 triterpenoid etc.Except for metabolites which also found in other plants,5 specific triterpenoid called cyclocaric acid A,cyclocaric acid B,cyclocariosideⅠ.cyclocariosideⅡand cyclocariosideⅢrespectively were identified in C.paliurus. Also,physiological function of extraction from C.paliurus was discussed.
