摘    要:目的]从自然土壤中筛选出以苯酚为唯一碳源的高效降酚菌并研究其降酚特性。方法]采用逐量分批驯化筛选降酚菌,通过紫外诱变技术,进一步提高苯酚降解能力。结果]筛选出1株可降解高浓度苯酚的菌株,经鉴定为酵母菌(Pityrosporum sp.),菌株最高耐酚浓度为1800mg/L。同时研究了不同条件如培养温度、pH值、转速、接种量等对苯酚降解的影响。结果表明,最佳温度为28℃、pH值6.0、转速130r/min,在有氧条件下,48h内对500mg/L苯酚降解率可达96.3%,经过紫外诱变后36h内可将500mg/L苯酚完全降解。采用正交试验设计方法确定了该菌株的最佳降酚条件为温度28℃,pH值6.0,NaCl浓度1.0g/L,装瓶量50ml。结论]经过紫外诱变技术构建的高效苯酚降解菌其降酚性能比野生菌株有较大提高,可为合酚废水的工业处理提供理论依据和试验基础。
