| 摘 要： | 当前，农村经济发展要取得新的进展和突破性发展，需要进一步研究能够促进农村经济发展的要素。该研究基于青岛市的具体情况，以人才、资本及科学技术对农村经济发展的影响为主线，分析了这3个要素在农村经济发展中的重要性，及在农村经济发展过程中3要素投入所面临的制约，提出了在农村经济发展过程中促进人才、资本和科学技术投入的对策建议。

| Abstract: | At present, rural economy development has achieved new progress and a breakthrough development, neecls tor mrmer stuuy elements to promote rural economy development. Based on specific situation of Qingdao City, with effects of talent, capital, science and technology on ru- ral economy development as the mainline, the importance of the above three factors on rural economic development were analyzed as well as their restraints. Several suggestions for promoting talents, capital, science and technology in rural economic development were put forward. |
