相对湿度对鸡孵化失重·胚胎成活率和尿囊液量的影响

目的]研究鸡胚孵化过程中不同相对湿度对其孵化失重、受精蛋成活率及尿囊液量的影响。方法]将120枚种蛋分别在相对湿度60%、65%和70%的条件下孵化12 d,研究不同相对湿度对孵化失重、胚胎成活率及尿囊液量的影响。结果]随着相对湿度的升高,鸡种蛋失重及失重率逐渐降低,尿囊液量逐渐升高,其中相对湿度为70%的孵化组12日龄失重率最低,单位胚重生成的尿囊液量最多,而不同湿度对胚胎成活率几乎没有影响。结论]将相对湿度控制在70%左右,能够有效减轻种蛋的失重,获得大量的尿囊液。

Effects of Relative Humidity on Hatching Weight Loss,Embryo Survival Rate and Allantoic Fluid Volume of Chicken

Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different relative humidity on the hatching weight loss, survival rate of fertilized egg and allantoic fluid volume of chicken. Method] 120 hatching eggs were hatched at the relative humidity of 60% , 65% and 70% for 12 d to study the effects different relative humidity on the hatching weight loss, embryo survival rate and allantoic fluid volume of chicken. Result] With the rise of relative humidity, the weight loss and weight losss rate of hatching eggs gradually decreased and the allantoic fluid volume gradually increased. The weight loss rate in the hatching group at relative humidity of 70% on the 12th day was the lowest and the al- lantoic fluid volume generated by unit embryo weight was the most. Different relative humidity had negligible impact on the embryo survival rate. Conclusion] The relative humidity should be controlled at about 70% , which could effectively reduce the weight loss of hatching eggs and obtain a large amount of allantoie fluid.
