| 摘 要： | 以棉花cDNA为模板克隆了棉花纤维特异启动子E6,从质粒RDB1上切下植物的35S启动子,置换上棉纤维特异启动子E6.经PCR及酶切鉴定,得到了含E6基因的植物表达载体.

| Abstract: | The specific promoter of cotton fiber E6 was amplified from cotton cDNA.The 35S promoter in RDB1 was replaced by E6 gene.E6 gene was successfully integrated into the plant expression vector and confirmed by PCR and enzyme digestion. |
