红尾副鳅的生物学性状及人工驯养研究

摘    要:目的]了解红尾副鳅生物学性状及人工驯养的可行性。方法]测定了366尾野生红尾副鳅的生物学性状,并对其人工驯养进行研究。结果]红尾副鳅平均体长为(122.89±2.58)mm,平均体重为(13.04±0.62)g。红尾副鳅体长与体重的关系式为:y=0.000 2x2.279 5(R2=0.795 2)。雌性红尾副鳅的绝对怀卵量为162~756粒,平均怀卵量为(437.3±31.27)粒。红尾副鳅的怀卵量与体重的关系式为y=29.814x+8.038 3(R2=0.682 6)。红尾副鳅的怀卵量与体长的关系式为y=0.003 9x2.378(R2=0.702 2)。雌性红尾副鳅初次性成熟年龄为2龄,雄性在1龄时就有成熟个体出现,繁殖旺季为4~5月。在人工驯养条件下,红尾副鳅能摄食人工配合饲料,且生长速度较快。经60 d饲养,红尾副鳅的增重率和成活率分别为27%~32%和78%~97%。结论]该研究可为开发红尾副鳅为新养殖对象积累资料。

Study on the Biological Characters and Artificial Domestication of Paracobitis variegatus

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to understand the biological characters of Paracobitis variegates and the feasibility of its artificial domestication.Method] The biological characters of 366 wild Paracobitis variegates were determined and its artificial domestication was preliminarily studied.Result] The average body length of P.variegates was(122.89±2.58) mm and the average body weight was(13.04±0.62) g.The regression equation between the body length and body weight of P.variegates was y=0.000 2x2.279 5(R2=0.795 2).The absolute fecundity of female P.variegates was 162-756 eggs and its average fecundity was(437.3±31.27) eggs.The regression equation between the fecundity and the body weight of P.variegates was y=29.814x+8.038 3(R2=0.682 6).The regression equation between the fecundity and the body length of P.variegates was y=0.003 9x2.378(R2=0.702 2).The first sexual maturity of female P.variegates occurred afteR2 years old,and some 1-year-old male P.variegates had arrived the sexual maturity.And the reproduction peak occurred from April to May.Under artificial domestication conditions,P.variegates were fed with formulated diet and the growth speed was fast.After feeding for 60 days,the weight gain rate and the survival rate of P.variegates were 27%-32% and 78%-97% respectively.Conclusion] The research could provide data for developing P.variegates as a new culture breed.
