女贞子中黄酮类化合物的提取方法比较

摘    要:目的]对女贞子中黄酮类化合物的提取方法进行对比研究。方法]分别采用溶剂浸提和超声波提取法对女贞子中黄酮类化合物进行提取研究,并以女贞子中总黄酮提取率为评价指标,运用正交分析法确定各种方法的最佳提取条件。结果]采用溶剂浸提法提取女贞子中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:A2B1C1D3,即浓度50%乙醇为溶剂,料液比1∶35(g/ml),浸提温度90℃,浸提时间1.0 h;在此提取条件下,女贞子总黄酮的提取率为1.197%。采用超声波法提取女贞子中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:A1B1C2D1,即选定乙醇浓度为50%,料液比为1∶70(g/ml),超声功率600 W,提取时间20 min;在此提取条件下,女贞子总黄酮的提取率为13.61%。结论]超声提取女贞子中黄酮类化合物的提取率明显高于溶剂浸提法,并且操作简单易行,是一种理想的提取方法。

Abstract:Objective] To compare the extraction methods of flavonoids from FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI LUCIDI.Method] The flavonoids were respectively extracted from FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI LUCIDI with the solvent extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method,the best extraction conditions of these two methods were assessed according to the extraction rate of total flavonoids.Result] The best solvent extraction conditions were A2B1C1D3,referring to 50% ethanol as solvent,1∶ 35(g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio,90 ℃ of extraction temperature,and 1.0 h of extraction duration,under the conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 1.197%.The best ultrasonic extraction conditions were A1B1C2D1,referring to 50% ethanol as solvent,1∶ 70(g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio,600 W ultrasonic power,and 20 min of extraction duration,under the conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 13.61%.Conclusion] The extraction rate of flavonoids by ultrasonic wave was obviously higher than that by solvent extraction,thus the ultrasonic extraction is a simple and ideal extraction method.
