摘    要:目的]为了探讨不同植烟条件对烤烟根际土壤微生物的影响。方法]通过大田试验,研究了土壤类型、连作与轮作和茬口对烤烟根际微生物区系的影响。结果]褐土烤烟根际土壤细菌、固氮菌、真菌数量均高于黄棕壤;随着连作年限的增加,连作土壤微生物数量有减少趋势,连作4年后降低明显;冬闲和小麦茬种植烤烟根际土壤微生物量均高于油菜茬。结论]通过改变土壤类型、茬口和轮作,可以充分发挥土壤微生物的积极作用,保护和培育植烟土壤。

Difference of Microorganism Flora in Flue-cured Tobacco Rhizosphere under Different Tobacco Planting Conditions

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to investigate the effects of different tobacco planting conditions on rhizosphere microorganism.Method] A field experiment was set up to investigate the effects of soil type,continuous cropping,crop rotation and the crops for rataion on microbial flora in flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere.Result] The rhizosphere microorganism including bacteria,azotobacter and fungi in the cinnamon soil was more than that in yellow brown soil.The rhizosphere microorganism reduced under the condition of continuous cropping.The tendency was obvious after the continuous cropping over four years.The quantity with the winter spare time and the wheat stubble was more than that in rape stubble.Conclusion] The soil type,the crops for rotation and the crop rotation could be selected to improve soil performance and protect and cultivate soil.
