温度对宽体金线蛭繁殖的影响研究

目的]为水蛭的人工繁殖提供科学依据。方法]设置不同温度对照组,研究在不同温度条件下宽体金线蛭的产卵和孵化,探讨宽体金线蛭的最佳产卵温度、最适孵化温度和孵化时间。结果]宽体金线蛭产卵和孵化的最适温度是20～25℃,孵化时间为25 d左右。结论]温度对宽体金线蛭繁殖的影响显著,在生产中应当注意对温度的调控。

Study on the Effects of Temperature on the Breeding of Whitmania pigra

Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific basis for the artificial breeding of Whitmania pigra.Method] Different temperature control groups were set up to study the spawning and hatching of W.pigra at different temperatures.The best spawning temperature,the optimum hatching temperature and hatching time of W.pigra were discussed.Result] The optimum temperature for the spawning and hatching of W.pigra was 20-25 ℃ and the hatching time was about 25 days.Conclusion] Temperature had significant effects on the breeding of W.pigra,so attentions should be paid to the regulation of temperature in the production.
