| 摘 要： | 目的]研究川玄参不同溶剂萃取物的抗菌活性。方法]采用滤纸片法和连续稀释法,评价川玄参不同溶剂萃取物的抗菌活性。结果]川玄参不同溶剂萃取物对产气杆菌均没有抑制作用;石油醚、氯仿和乙酸乙酯提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和枯草杆菌均有一定的抑制作用,且氯仿提取物的作用最强,正丁醇提取物和水提取物则没有抑制作用。结论]川玄参的粗提物具有较好的抗菌活性。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the antibacterial activities of RADIX SCROPHULARIAE extracts extracted with different solvents.Method] The antibacterial activities of the extracts were measured with the filter paper method and serial dilution method.Result] None of the extracts had inhibitory effect on Aerogenes.Extracts with the solvents of petroleum ether,chlorofom and ethyl acetate had certain inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus and Bacillus subtilis,and the best inhibition was from chloroform.But extracts from n-butanol and water had no inhibitory effect on these bacteria.Conclusion] The crude extracts from RADIX SCROPHULARIAE have good antibacterial activity. |
