摘    要:目的]建立小鼠高脂模型,应用茶树菇多糖的降脂功效评价该模型。方法]喂饲高脂饲料,检测小鼠生化生理指标以及肝组织变化。结果]饲喂高脂饲料7d后,小鼠肝脏体积明显增大,其体重、甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TCH)等指标都呈现显著差异(P〈0.05),由此确认小鼠高脂模型成功建立。茶树菇多糖降脂功能评价表明,高脂模型组在体重、Lee’s指数和脂肪质量等方面与基础组间差异显著(P〈0.01),并且茶树菇多糖降脂效果在高脂模型组中更为突出。结论]茶树菇多糖降脂效果明显。
