| 摘 要： | 目的]研究芦荟中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取条件及含量的测定。方法]采用正交实验方法提取芦荟中的黄酮类化合物,并用721型可见分光光度计在510 nm处测定其吸光度值并计算其含量。结果]在95℃时,用70%的乙醇提取,历时2 h,黄酮类化合物的提取效果较好,含量为0.184%。结论]该实验方法快速、准确、灵敏,实验结果对芦荟资源的开发利用具有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of this paper was to study the optimum extraction conditions and content determination of flavonids in aloe.Method] The flavonids were extracted from aloe by the method of orthogonal experiment,the absorbance was determined at 510 nm by the 721-spectrophotometer and the content was calculated.Result] The effect of the extraction was better at 95 ℃ for 2 h by 70% alcohol with the content being 0.184%.Conclusion] The method of this experiment was fast,accurate and sensitive.The result was valuable for the further development and utilization of aloe resources. |
