抗蚜虫转基因枸杞对土壤微生物影响的初步研究

摘    要:目的]研究抗蚜虫转基因枸杞对突然微生物的影响。方法]以高产优质宁夏枸杞品种"宁杞1号"为对照,采用稀释平板法,研究了种植抗蚜虫转基因枸杞对种植地和根际土壤主要微生物的影响。结果]结果表明:在枸杞的两个年生长时期,供试转基因枸杞株系根际土壤好气性细菌、厌气性细菌、放线菌和真菌数量和非转基因枸杞亲本植株相比无显著差异,转基因枸杞种植地与非转基因枸杞种植地间的各类微生物数量也均无显著差异。种植地和根际土壤好气性细菌、厌气性细菌和真菌数量在枸杞年生长的2个时期的变化规律基本相同,均为:现蕾期<果实成熟期,而放线菌数量大多表现为:现蕾期>果实成熟期;此外,转基因枸杞和非转基因枸杞的根际微生物数量比同时期的种植地都要高。结论]说明转基因枸杞对土壤微生物系统未产生显著影响。

Study on the Effects of Transgenic Aphid-resistant Lycium barbarum L.on the Soil Microbe
Abstract:Objective]The article aimed to study the effects of transgenic aphidresistant Lycium barbarum L.on the soil microorganism system.Method] With "Ningqi No.1",a wolfberry variety with high yield and good quality as the control,the effects of transgenic aphid-resistant Lycium barbarum L.on the soil microorganisms of the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in the transgenic plantation by dilution-plate method were studied.Result] The results showed that there was no significant difference in the rhizospheric soil between transgenic Lycium barbarum L.and corresponding non-transgenic Lycium barbarum L.in the amounts of general aerobic bacteria,anaerobic bacteria,actinomyces and fungi in two different growing periods.There was also no significant difference in terms of the microorganism number in non-rhizosphere soils between the transgenic plantation and the non-transgenic plantation.In two yearly growth processes,the numbers of general aerobic bacteria,anaerobic bacteria and fungi in the squaring period were lower than those during the fruit maturation period.Both in the rhizosphere and in the non-rhizosphere soil in the transgenic plantation,while the amount of actinomyces in the squaring period was higher than that during the fruit maturation period in the majority of the cases.In addition,the amount of soil microorganisms in rhizosphere was higher than that in the non-rhizosphere soil in the same yearly growing period for both transgenic and non-transgenic Lycium barbarum L.Conclusion] It reveals that there are no significant effects of transgenic Lycium barbarum L.on the soil microorganism system.
