摘    要:目的]研究Pb/Zn尾矿上楔瓣地钱(Marchantia emarginata Reinw.)、双色真藓(Bryum dichotomum Hedw.)、衮州卷柏Selaginella involvens(Sw.)Spring]3种苔藓植物对重金属的富集能力。方法]以三门Pb/Zn尾矿砂堆积地为研究地点,调查苔藓植物体内以及相应尾矿基质中的5种重金属(Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn和Mn)含量,分析其对重金属的富集能力。结果]楔瓣地钱(M.emarginata)对5种重金属均具有富集作用,富集系数均大于1;双色真藓(B.dichotomum)和衮州卷柏(S.involvens)对Cu具有较强的富集作用,但对其他重金属的富集作用较弱。苔藓植物体内Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn含量之间具有明显的正相关,其分别与Mn含量呈现微弱的负相关。结论]尽管不同苔藓物种对重金属的富集作用存在显著差异,但3种低等植物体内重金属含量较好地反映了尾矿砂内重金属有效态的含量。楔瓣地钱(M.emarginata)对5种雷金属均且有较强的富集作用,是上述5种重金属的良好指示植物。

Compare the Accumulation Ability of Heavy Metals between 3 kinds of Bryophytes Growing on Pb/Zn Tailings

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to compare the accumulation capability of heavy metals to 3 kinds of bryophytes(M.emarginata,B.dichotomum and S.involvens) growing on Pb/Zn tailings.Method] The tailings was selected as study site for investigating the contents of Cu,Pb,Cd,Zn and Mn in three kinds of bryophytes and corresponding tailing substrates and analysing their accumulation capability of heavy metals.Result] M.emarginata significantly accumulated all the five heavy metals,and the accumulated indices were all higher than one.However,except for Cu,B.dichotomum and S.involvens have less capability to accumulate other four heavy metals.The contents of Cu,Pb,Cd and Zn in lichens mutually had positive relationships,but they individually had certain negative relationships with the content of Mn.Conclusion] Although there is significant difference in accumulation capability of heavy metal between 3 kinds of bryophytes,the heavy metal content in bryophytes was a better indicator of bio-available heavy metal in tailings.M.emarginata had high accumulation capability for all five heavy metals and should be a better indicator species.
