摘    要:研究了降解稻草秸秆的菌株的分离筛选方法,提出了一种全新的筛选方案,即筛选能直接降解稻草秸秆的菌株。以稻草粉琼脂平板进行初筛,以NaOH处理过的稻草粉为发酵培养基进行复筛,得到对稻草降解较为完全的一株菌株。研究表明,该菌株对纤维素、半纤维素及稻草的降解率分别达72%,93%及84%。

Abstract:The screening method of degrading rice-straw was studied.The degradation rate of cellulose hemicellulose and degradation rate of straw were used as index and new concept of screening strains suitable for degrading rice-straw was proposed.Rice straw powder agar plate was used in preliminary screening method.Rice straw powder pretreated with 1 % NaOH was used as fermentation culture medium in the replicated screen.One strain that could degrade rice straw was obtained.Fermentation characteristics and degradation situation of rice straw of the strain was studied.Therefore the foundation for future straw degrading was established.Degradation rate of the optimal strain of cellulose,hemicellulose and rice straw reached 72 %,93 % and 84 % respectively.
