胞外表达L-天冬酰胺酶发酵条件的研究

摘    要:目的]优化胞外表达L-天冬酰胺酶工程菌的发酵条件。方法]用正交试验研究培养基的组成,用单因素试验研究诱导条件以及通气量对酶产量的影响。结果]发酵培养基采用8.0%玉米浆和1.0%甘油组成;诱导剂采用终浓度为0.5g/L的乳糖,扩大培养后10h加入,诱导时间为12h,通气量为0.83VVM。结论]该研究为胞外表达L-天冬酰胺酶的工业化生产提供了参考。
