摘    要:目的]为重口裂腹鱼的繁殖生物学研究提供基础资料。方法]以性成熟重口裂腹鱼为试验动物,采用透射电镜和扫描电镜对其精子的超微结构进行了观察。结果]重口裂腹鱼精子全长23.81μm,由头部、中片和尾部组成。细胞核呈卵圆形,染色质致密,有核泡零星分布,无顶体。植入窝位于细胞核的后侧,较浅。中片紧连在核的后端,由中心粒复合体和袖套组成。近端中心粒的长轴和核的长轴约成120°夹角并与基体排成"V"字形,袖套中含线粒体和囊泡。尾部长20.69μm,具有典型的"9+2"微管结构,尾部两侧无侧鳍。结论]重口裂腹鱼精子超微结构符合硬骨鱼类精子的总体结构模式。

Study on Ultrastructure of Schizothorax davidi Sperm

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to supply base data for breeding biological research on Schizothorax davidi.Method] With sexual mature S.davidi as tested animals,the ultrastructure of its sperm was observed by using transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope.Result] The whole length of S.davidi sperm was 23.81 μm and it was composed of head,mid-piece and tail.Its nucleus was orbicular-ovate with dense chromatin and rarely scattered germinal vesicle and without acrosome.Its implantation fossa was located behind nucleus and relatively shallow.The mid-piece was closely connected to nucleonic end and composed of centriole complex and muff.The long axises of proximate centriolar and nucleus formed a included angle of about 120° and formed a "V" with base body and the muff contained mitochondria and vesicles.Its tail length was 20.69 μm,with typical "9+2" micro-tubular structure and without lateral fin on its two sides.Conclusion] The ultrastructure of S.davidi sperm was consistent with the overall structure mode of Osteichthyes sperm.
