| Abstract: | The interferon is a kind of bioactive protein which is synthesized and secreted by body cells.It has been the basis of cytokines and the forward position fields of clinical study since it was discovered in 1957.In this review the conception and molecular structure,style and origin,biological characteristics,function and mechanism,form of prepared drug and clinical application of interferon were summarized. |
