月季花瓣的保色护形研究

目的]确定月季花瓣适宜的护色方法与干燥方法。方法]以红色月季花瓣为试材，配制3种不同浓度的柠檬酸和氯化镁溶液为保色剂对月季花瓣进行浸泡处理，然后用变色硅胶和细沙为包埋材料及用不同温度的·巨温烘箱分别对浸泡的月季花瓣进行干燥处理，寻求月季花瓣的保色护形方法。结果]3种保色剂中，以C剂（10％柠檬酸＋5％氯化镁）浸泡结合硅胶包埋处理效果好，除少数月季花瓣出现焦黑脆裂现象之外，大部分花瓣的质感均较柔软且较平整，能较好地保持月季花瓣的颜色与质地。不同包埋材料对月季干燥花保色护形的效果存在差异，以硅胶包埋的处理效果好。结论]C剂浸泡处理的月季花瓣，用硅胶包埋，在恒温箱70-80℃下干燥2h，其色泽和外形均较为理想，适宜用来制作压花艺术品。
