| Abstract: | In this paper,the stem of Lycium barbartum L was used as the experimental material.Several factors such as the different hormones and the different combinations of BA and NAA,the different media and the different concentrations of inositol were investigated in the effect on the frequency of callus induction of Lycium barbartum L.The result was useful the biotechnology research of Lycium barbartum L in future. |
