汉中地区鸡禽流感母源抗体与免疫抗体的监测及免疫程序的建立

目的]为禽流感免疫程序的建立提供依据。方法]从汉中市某规模化养鸡场采集罗曼蛋鸡的血清样品,检测不同时期的抗体水平。接种禽流感油乳剂灭活苗后,检测用不同剂量的疫苗免疫后雏鸡血清中抗体水平。结果]1d雏鸡平均母源抗体效价为8.9,在19d降到4.3。免疫36d后,平均抗体效价达6.37,保护率为100%。免疫85d后,抗体达最高值。免疫9周后,平均抗体水平降至4.17,保护期约为2个月。禽流感的首免时间应在出生后19～22d。首次免疫85d后,HI抗体水平逐渐降至临界值。建议在3月龄左右进行第2次免疫,剂量可增大到0.5ml/只。结论]鸡场应建立抗体效价监测手段,应对抗体水平偏低或空白的鸡群及时再接种。

Monitoring of the Maternal Antibody and Immune Antibody against Avian Influenza of Chicken in Hanzhong Area and the Establishment of Its Immune Procedure

Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the establishment of the immune procedure for avian influenza.Method] Serum samples of Roman hens were collected from certain large-scale chicken farm in Hanzhong city to detect the antibody level in different stages.After inoculating the inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine against avain influenza,the antibody level in the chickling serum were detected after the chicklings were immunized with different dose of the vaccine.Result] The average titer of the maternal antibody in one-day-old chickling was 8.9 and it deceased to 4.3 in nineteen-day-old.After immunizing 36 d,the average antibody level reached 6.37 and the protective rate was 100%.After immunizing 85 d,the antibody reached the maxium.After immunizing 9 weeks,the average antibody level reduced to 4.17 and the protective period was about two months.The primary immunity time should be the 19th to 22nd d after birth.After the primary immunity 85 d,the HI antibody gradually reduced to the critical value.It was suggested that the 2nd immunity should be about the 3rd month after birth and the dose could be increased to 0.5 ml per chicken.Conclusion] The monitoring means of the antibody titer should be established in chicken farm and the re-inoculation should be made on the chicken flock with partially lower or blank antibody level.
