金针菇多糖提取最佳工艺探讨研究

摘    要:目的]探讨金针菇子实体多糖的提取条件。方法]采用热水浸提法,通过正交设计,考察浸提料液比、温度、提取时间、提取pH值等因素对金针菇多糖提取率的影响。结果]多糖提取条件因素的影响主次顺序为浸提时间〉料液比〉浸提温度〉浸提pH值。金针菇多糖的最佳提取条件为提取料液比1∶30,提取时间2 h,提取温度90℃,浸提pH值6.0。此条件下多糖得率1.58%。结论]此提取工艺参数可以为工业化生产提供科学依据。
