| 摘 要： | 依据发展循环经济的＂减量化、资源化、再利用＂原则,将城市粪便处置方式分为＂消耗型处理＂和＂效益型处理＂两大类模式;针对我国对城市粪便农业资源化利用的重视程度不够、法律政策落实不到位和技术创新不足等问题,结合我国发展循环经济的目标,提出了从根本上解决思想认识问题、管理上加强执法力度和技术上提供强力支撑,是使城市粪便农业资源化利用得以有效落实的保障措施。
