橙皮苷衍生化改性及清除自由基研究

摘    要:橙皮苷和碳酸二甲酯为原料,采用正交试验对Lewis酸在极性溶剂中催化合成甲基橙皮苷的工艺进行了研究。结果表明,甲基橙皮苷的最佳合成工艺为:催化剂用量为反应物总质量的10%,反应时间为3h,反应温度为70℃,碳酸二甲酯用量为理论用量的6倍,甲基橙皮苷的得率可达23.3%。橙皮苷和甲基橙皮苷及其金属配合物对Fenton体系产生的·OH有较好的清除作用。

Abstract:With hesperidin and dimethyl carbonate as the materials, the orthogonal test was taken to study the synthesis process for methyl hesperidin catalyzed by Lewis acid in polar solvent. TheResults showed that the optimal synthesis process for methyl hesperidin was catalyst a- mount of 10% of total mass of the reactant, reaction time of 3 h, reaction temperature of 70 ℃ and dimethyl carbonate amount of 6 times of the theoretical amount, the yield rate of methyl hesperidin could reach 23. 3% under the condition. Hesperidin, methyl hesperidinand and their metal complex all had good scavenging effects on · OH produced by Fenton system.
