| Abstract: | The problem of "the shortage of rural worker"lies in the deep contradiction between "dual system of town and country". The phenomenon indicates that China economy is facing the danger of "the trap of low level of technology". So we must break down "the dual system of town and country", push forward the strategy of urbanization and cultivate the rural worker. |
