青海高原地木耳中微量元素的化学计量学研究

摘    要:目的]对青海高原地木耳中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Co、Se等微量元素进行综合评价。方法]通过主成分分析、因子分析和聚类分析研究了青海高原地木耳中的微量元素。结果]Fe与Co、Se相关极显著,Mn与Zn相关极显著。Fe的第1主成分值最大,说明青海高原地木耳中微量元素Fe的影响最大。海西州地木耳中微量元素含量最高,其次为海北州、海南州、黄南州、西宁市。海西州和海北州地区地木耳中微量元素较丰富,且海西州地木耳中微量元素的含量远高于西宁市。第1公共因子F1在指标Fe、Co、Se上有较大的载荷,第2公共因子F2在指标Cu、Zn、Mn上有较大的载荷。结论]该研究为大规模开发青海高原地木耳资源提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective]The purpose was to comprehensively evaluate the trace elements including Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Co and Se in Nostoc commune of Qinghai plateau.Method] The trace elements in N.commune of Qinghai plateau were researched through principal component analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis.Result] The Fe was extremely significantly related to Co and Se and the Mn was extremely significantly related to Zn.The 1st principal component value of Fe was highest,indicating that the influence of trace element Fe in N.commune of Qinghai plateau was most.The contents of trace elements in N.commune of Haixi district were highest and that of Haibei,Hainan,Huangnan districts and Xining City were secondary.The trace elements in N.commune of Haixi and Haibei districts were more abundant and the contents of trace elements in N.commune of Haixi district were far higher than that of Xining City.The 1st common factor F1 had bigger load on indexes Fe,Co and Se and the 2nd common factor F2 had bigger load on indexes Cu,Zn and Mn.Conclusion]This research supplied scientific basis for developing N.commune resources of Qinghai plateau in large scale.
