| 摘 要： | 采用目前主流的网络开发技术——ASP.NET,借助国际上流行的开放式GIS函数库——MapServer以及数据库系统SQL Server 2005,开发出基于WebGIS的具有病虫害信息查询、潜在生境空间分析、病虫害疫情上报、发生点地图标注等交互式功能的江苏省外来森林病虫害基础信息网络平台。研究表明,利用开放式地图发布工具MapServer开发的基础信息网络平台,极大地降低了系统开发的成本,从而为外来森林病虫害防治工作开辟出一条经济适用的道路。
