摘    要:目的]探讨60Co-γ射线辐射对小杂56白菜种子发芽率及幼苗生长的影响。方法]用辐射剂量为0、20、40、60、80、100、150和200Gy的60Co-γ射线对小杂56白菜种子进行辐射处理,观测其对种子发芽率、幼苗根长和芽长的影响。结果]小杂56白菜种子发芽率、根长和芽长与60Co-γ射线辐射剂量均呈正相关。辐射剂量为60~200Gy的种子发芽率较高,明显高于对照组。除200Gy处理组的白菜根长低于对照组外,其余各剂量处理的根长均高于对照组。不同的辐射剂量对白菜芽长的影响不同,辐射剂量为40、60和100Gy时有利于白菜芽的生长。结论]60Co-γ射线辐射对小杂56白菜种子的发芽率、根长和芽长有不同的影响。60~200Gy辐射有利于白菜种子发芽,低剂量辐射有利于白菜根的生长,但辐射剂量过高则有抑制作用。

Effect of 60Co-γ Ray Radiation on Germination Rate of Seed and Seedling Growth of Brassica carrpestris L. ssp. pekinensis Xiaoza 56

Abstract:Objective]The study aimed to discuss the effects of 60Co-γ ray radiation on the germination rate of seed and seedling growth of Brassica carrpestris L.ssp.pekinensis Xiaoza 56.Method]The seeds of B.carrpestris Xiaoza 56 were irradiated by 60Co-γ ray at 8 dosages of 0,20,40,60,80,100,150 and 200 Gy so as to observe its effects on the germination rate of seed and length of roots and height of seedling of B.carrpestris Xiaoza 56.Result]The germination rate,the length of roots and the height of seedlings had the positive relations to the irradiation dosage.The germination rate of B.carrpestris treated by 60Co-γ ray at 200 Gy was higher,being obviously than the CK group.Except that the root length of B.carrpestris treated by 200 Gy radiation group was lower than the CK group,the root length of B.carrpestris treated by other radiation groups were higher than that of CK group.The different radiation dosage had different effects on the height of seedling and the radiation dosage of 40,60 and 100 Gy favored to the growth of B.carrpestris seedlings.Conclusion]60Co-γ ray radiation had different effects on the germination rate of seed,the length of roots and the height of seedling of B.carrpestris Xiaoza 56.The radiation dosage of 60~200 Gy favored to the germination rate of B.carrpestris seed and the low radiation dosage favored to the growth of B.carrpestris root,but the higher radiation dosage could restrain its growth.
